Book your first “try“ session.
At this session we will discuss your topic together, coordinate expectations with possibilities, clarify all questions and will talk about the rules and conditions of possible cooperation. In case we decide to cooperate, we will then come to an agreement together.
You will experience coaching on your own and take with inspirational personal goals that you personally set up guided sensitively by your coach.
Apart from other things, at their first session the client and the coach are also finding out if they want to and can cooperate at all. It is very important for them to be able to attune together, to connect with each other and trust each other. Without these things future cooperation would be impossible. I also call such sessions “chemical sessions“.
In case we agree on further cooperation, we agree the price, frequency and number of sessions.
A typical cooperation would be:
Coaching to acquire and keep new habits and long-term goals achievement
- 10 to 15 sessions in the course of 3 to 6 months
- duration of a session is 90 minutes (the interval between individual sessions is 1 to 2 weeks)
- personal meeting (at client´s workplace or in my office)
Coaching for current topics you need to solve quickly, on short term notice
- individual number of sessions
- duration of a session 60 to 90 minutes (the interval between individual sessions depends upon agreement)
- personal meeting (takes place at client´s workplace or in my office), or on the phone (Skype)
